Essential Qualifications

1. Lecturer in Pre-Service Teacher Education (PSTE)
Subjects: English, Assamese, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Physical Education, Foundation of Education, Art Education
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in relevant subject with minimum 55% marks, M.Ed., and NET/SLET/Ph.D. from a recognized university.

2. Lecturer in In-Service Education, Field Interaction & Innovation Coordination (IFIC)
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Humanities/Social Science/Science with minimum 55% marks, M.Ed., and NET/SLET/Ph.D.\

3. Lecturer in District Resource Unit (DRU)
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in relevant field with minimum 55% marks, Degree/Diploma in Adult Education/Social Work/Community Development, and NET/SLET/Ph.D.

4. Lecturer in Planning and Management (P&M)
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Economics/Statistics/Geography/Public Administration with minimum 55% marks, M.Ed., and NET/SLET/Ph.D.

5. Lecturer in Curriculum Material Development and Evaluation (CMDE)
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in relevant field with minimum 55% marks, M.Ed., and NET/SLET/Ph.D.

  • Go to APSC’s recruitment website and complete the One Time Registration (OTR).

2. Application Process:

  • After registration, login and provide personal details, educational qualifications, work experience, photo, and signature.
  • Submit the required documents and fill out the application form.
  • Pay the application fee and processing fee.

3. Document Requirements:

  • Upload scanned copies of necessary documents like educational certificates, caste certificates, etc., in PDF format (max 2 MB).

Application Fees

  • General Candidates: ₹250 + ₹47.20 (Processing Fee) = ₹297.20
  • SC/ST/OBC/MOBC Candidates: ₹150 + ₹47.20 (Processing Fee) = ₹197.20
  • BPL/Nir (BPL) & PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disability): ₹40 + ₹47.20 (Processing Fee) = ₹47.20

Important Instructions

  • Fee Payment: Once paid, fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another application.
  • Application Confirmation: After submission, an auto-generated email confirmation will be sent. Retain a hard copy of the application form.
  • Document Verification: Original documents and self-attested copies must be presented during document verification.
